Elisabetta Salsa is CEO of Assidea Irmet. She is responsible for managing nuclear medicine to patients. Pet scan machines are bought from General Electric and they use the machines to scan patients for oncology. She travels often, and meets with city administration at the mayor’s office. She checks on the business to see if things are running smoothly daily, meets with doctors, and works with the universities. She checks and answers e-mails daily.

She always wanted to be a doctor. She was asked to work on a healthcare project and was introduced to pet scan machines. She saw a need in her community for pet scan machines and became the founder of a company supplying pet scan machines to patients.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Torino, 1987. Organizing her home, kids and work has been the biggest challenge for her professionally. She would like to be involved in managing more than one company in her area. Energy and health are the keys to her success. She is most proud of her family. Her family helps her to perform successfully in her professional capacity.She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
