I am a multi-industry management consultant with extensive banking experience. Combining my financial systems and technology knowledge has enabled me to work in “R&D” environments such as systems coordinator for the Federal Reserve’s FedLine beta testing project at Eldorado Bank continuing through her project coordination for the creation of the first integrated mainframe to “PC” financial modeling program with City National Bank. I have implemented numerous systems conversions and networked integrations for community banks throughout Southern California including California First National Bank; Marine National Bank: Merchants Bank of California; Western/First Community Bancorp; Huntington National Bank; California State Bank; and Imperial Bank. My knowledge of banking technology has been instrumental in directing one of the first Internet Bank charters as well as more than 22 other bank de novo charters throughout the United States. As Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer I have established and directed strategic goals, financial policies and long-term systems needs since 1975. I have developed financing and business plans leading to successful acquisitions and or mergers for such companies as R.O. Roberts Co., Inc; Winners Entertainment; Everfrost Systems; Windstone Group, Jale Corporation; Gamma International, LTD and Lake Tropicana. I have provided compliance risk assessments and implemented cost savings programs to such clients as Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, Cerritos Valley Bank and First Bank of Mitchell. My testimony as a subject matter expert on internal control weaknesses and insider abuse has been relied upon in both civil and grand jury proceedings. In 2001 I began providing consulting services which focused on my broad range of expertise in corporate finance, community banking, and IT management. My areas of expertise offered in new bank formations include new organizer and director training; regulatory and legal liaison; strategic planning (Business, Marketing and Technology Plans); market and economic analysis; facilities design; competitor data, trend analysis and systems integrations and vendor management. My experience includes new bank formation and charter applications in Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Utah, New York, Texas, and Virginia. Utilizing her expertise in de novo bank formations, I have developed successful operating models for two venture capital groups enabling them to enter and establish themselves in the new bank formation business. I have developed plans from design to operation for Disaster Recovery Sites and bank branches for Universal Bank and H&R Block Bank. I have implemented both IT core and ancillary data system conversions for well known vendors such as Fiserv Inc.; Jack Henry Inc.; NCR Corporation; DPSC; Kirchman Corporation; M & I Data Services, Metavante Inc; SBS; Unisys, Spectrum Merchant Services: Netzee and CDSNet Facilities Management. I have been a guest lecturer in management, and organizational effectiveness at Cerritos College and guest speaker on the “Business of Banking” at various community and business organizations. I have become a sought after consultant in the field of new bank formations and have been an associate consultant to Banker Technologies, Bankmark Consultants, RLR Management Consultants Inc, Steiner & Associates and various individual investor groups. I am a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles with degrees in Finance and Marketing and hold certificates from the American Institute of Banking and the University of Southern California.
