An Organization and Leadership Development Consultant, Katinka Nicou works with Professional Services firms and NGOs to align Leadership and Performance Management with strategic goals. She focuses on enhancing working relationships, creating new knowledge, and generating new possibilities for the organization and its stakeholders. Katinka has carried out consulting and facilitation assignments for clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Russia, The Netherlands and Sweden. She has also lectured on Strategic Thinking and facilitated Conflict Resolution seminars at Columbia University in New York, and is a visiting lecturer on Conflict and Cognitive Development at Exeter University. Katinka is also the founder of UK registered charity Integrate Hands, which supports local NGOs in post-conflict societies that help children meet international standards of education and break patterns of violence. Katinka holds a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, and recently completed a Master of Science in Comparative Politics at the London School of Economics towards her goal of serving government and non-government organizations that build foundation for the empowerment of children - our future leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Communications from New York University. She also holds a certificate in International Public Relations and Communications from the Institute of International Education at the University of Stockholm, Sweden. She has completed the Newfield Network program in Executive and Organizational Coaching accredited by the International Coach Federation, is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. A native of Sweden, she has also completed studies in English Proficiency at Bell School, Cambridge, UK; Advanced Spanish at the University of Salamanca, Spain, and the University of Stockholm, Sweden; and French at Paris Langues, France.
