My careers have been varied. I have been a public school teacher, probation officer and worked in a correctional institution, have been a corporate trainer, and a college instructor. In every career I have learned as much as I could while imparting knowledge to others and "doing my job" to the best of my ability. I will never stop learning and yearning for more mountains to climb.

Sandra has been in the training and education field for over 25 years. She has been a Corporate Trainer and Educator in one capacity or another all her career, this is her life's calling. She worked starting a process with a worldwide company which was failing in customer service and in three years her team won the JD Power and Associates Award for Most Improved in Customer Service. She has worked with all facets of government operations, corporations from large to small, educational institutions from public schools to colleges, private businesses, and non-profits. Her greatest challenges have been succeeding where others have failed in the delivery of the education and learning process. She is successful and an excellent trainer and platform presenter with numerous awards and certifications. She has published a book, curriculum and has been published in a professional journal. Her future goals are to continue as a learning strategist and influence the future, through not only her continued learning but her continued teaching and training of others as well.
