Patricia Pelle is the Director of Teska Benefits Inc, a platform providing value added solutions for managing the Employee Benefit and Corporate Insurance portfolios of any company. Teska’s unique approach ensures that cost effective strategies are implemented and managed in order to provide maximum efficiency both on a risk management and value creation basis. Their dedicated team of professionals guides and serves customers every step of the way. Patricia is driven by passion, motivated by challenges, dynamic in the face of adversity, and always committed to total satisfaction for her clients. She received her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University.
 
Driven by ambition, Patricia is an Elite member of L’Effet A; a Quebec-wide female professional association whereby distinguished female leaders mentor members by fueling knowledge, help navigate the twists in a career, sharing experiences, networking and social capital.
 
Recently, Patricia founded a complementary firm named Teska Talent Inc. This HR consulting firm strives to help business owners develop a solid foundation and business strategy so they can be successful. Teska Talent works to improve sales, productivity, organization, company culture, and employee relations.
 
In addition to her work, Patricia is a passionate humanitarian and a member of the Canadian Cancer Society.
