The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Recognizes Member, Eloisa de Villalobos
Eloisa de Villalobos is a Monitoring Officer at IAEA where she works to improve Results Based Management in technical cooperation projects. She promotes team management techniques along impact tracking methodologies to tell the story about what has been done and achieved during project implementation. To this role, Eloisa brings unmatched communication skill and advance methods for economic evaluation expertise.
Eloisa holds her Master’s degree in Economic Development from the London School of Economics. She has also published books on the use of economic analysis in project cycle and digital evidence in 2012, 2014, and 2016. Moving forward, she would like to grow in her work by changing the way results are reported.
When not engaged with work, Eloisa enjoys travel, sports and film. Also a passionate philanthropist, she has worked with refugees through fostering mechanisms and charity organizations.
