Through her 25-year career, she has honed the ability to quickly and expertly identify meaningful adjustments to foster growth and success.
Throughout her career, Jackie has held leadership positions with Nextel Communications, Sprint, Time Warner Cable and Kastle Systems International LLC. Currently, as the President of Innovative Human Resources LLC, she enables team collaboration through workshops and training, executive advisement and coaching as well as HR transformation. Previously, as the Vice President of Human Resources, Business Services at Time Warner Cable, she helped drive revenue goals of 2.5B by supporting over 6,000 employees. Furthermore, she oversaw the development and execution of HR programs aligning people initiatives to strategic and operational goals. Additionally, she played an integral role in post-acquisition efforts for integration of two acquired companies. Notably, she has led the design and management of several mentoring programs supporting high potential development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Jackie holds a BS in Merchandising and Marketing from Radford University. She is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications, is a SHRM member and skilled facilitator in Myers Briggs, Strengths and DiSC assessments.
