The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Recognizes Member, Louise Panneton

Louise Panneton is President of P3 Advisors Inc. Louise specializes in the procurement, implementation and evaluation of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) and complex outsourcing arrangements in the real estate sector. Many of her 30 years of professional experience were spent structuring and delivering innovative service delivery solutions. Louise currently works with owner-representatives who are optimizing their infrastructure and real estate portfolios, building effective, performance based contracting frameworks and optimizing in-house resources. Louise’s depth of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management and procurement provide her with a unique perspective on the most efficient means to deliver and maintain quality service and infrastructure. Louise was recently on the board of IFMA (International Facility Management Association) and has lectured at York University and for the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnership, among many other speaking engagements. Over the years, she has mentored a significant number of young female professionals and has an interest in continuing to do so. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
